Work Experience
Ms. Ling Chen has extensive experience in foreign direct and indirect investment in China, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, corporate liquidation, labor and personnel compliance and disputes, private equity fund establishment, overseas investment by Chinese enterprises, as well as general commercial, corporate, and regulatory matters.
Before joining Ronze Partners, Ms. Chen served as a counsel in the Shanghai office of a top American law firm for over twenty years. She has consistently provided legal consultation for global mergers and acquisitions and the establishment, operation, and exit of China businesses for multinational companies. Her clientele spans various industries, including chemicals, medical devices, cosmetics, industrial manufacturing, high technology, biopharmaceuticals, e-commerce, software, and private equity funds.
